Do I need to be home during the cleanup?

No, you don't need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the service. We'll text you when we arrive and when we finish.

How does the "First Cleanup Free" work?

When you sign up for any of our recurring service plans, your first visit is completely free! It's our way of letting you experience the service risk-free.

What about heavy winter accumulation?

For yards with heavy accumulation (more than 2 weeks of waste), we may apply a one-time "initial cleanup" fee. We'll always discuss this with you before starting work.

Which areas of Cochrane do you serve?

We serve all Cochrane neighborhoods, including Sunset Ridge, Riversong, Gleneagles, Heritage Hills, Heartland, and Downtown.

Do you operate in the winter?

Yes! We scoop year-round as long as the ground isn't covered by heavy fresh snow. Regular winter scooping makes the Spring Melt much easier!

For Weekly+, what does the deodorizing treatment involve?

We apply a pet-safe deodorizing treatment to your yard after every cleanup. It neutralizes odour at the source rather than just masking it, so your yard smells fresh without any harsh chemicals that could harm your dogs or kids.

What is the burn spot treatment and how does it work?

Dog urine can leave brown patches on your lawn over time. Our pet-safe lawn repair treatment helps neutralize the acidity in the soil and support grass recovery. All products we use are non-toxic and safe for pets and children to be around after application.
